Email History
Curious about the status of an email? Go to Business > Email History to search by customer, email address or subject.
You can also filter by date range or email status. Click on the email along the left side to see a copy of the email (and attachments) along with the history of the email on the right.
You can also find the same information for each customer individually by going to the customer's 'Communications' tab.
